This gigantic South American meat-eater is currently the largest known predatorydinosaur. This immense theropod had flattened, serrated, daggerlike teeth forslashing and slicing. Giganotosaurus may have hunted in packs, attackingsauropods much larger than itself, including the armored titanosaurs.
